Please there was a power failure why trying to upgrade a tiger T8 hd decoder with generator. when the power was restore the decoder did not power up. There was no indication that the decoder was on even when plug to a power outlet and switch on. Please any solution

I tried Nigcomsat 42e and I got 79-80% but on just only one TP ( 12518 H 29500). I have some nice stations there.

Please, is there any other TP apart from 12518 H 29500 on that satellite position? If yes, kindly drop it.

Afn on the 9e is not available to all at 90cm or 1m dish everywhere. You may need a bigger dish than 1m in some places. No matter how smart you are at tracking. I am talking from experience. Although no one knows tomorrow, they may increase the signal strength later so as to make it trackable on 90cm or 1m anywhere in Nigeria or other part of west Africa. Another obstacle could either be your closeness to a network transmitter or power line. Viva fta

i guess ur right, i had 63% on my 90cm dish before now its red. I have tried to tweak the best i have is a flash of green and back to red. Some1 said he still have it on 90cm in the previous page i dont know how though nothing is impossible

79-80% Nice, make I go tweak my dish and lnb mine crack a bit at 69- 72%

Which other FTA make sense like Nigcomsat.. soundcity, beats plus are the bomb, couple with televista, trybe and kidzone.. movies HQ..

I still have 9e afn on my 1mtr and 90cm dish. With more channels. Unable to upload the picture. But it's working fine with more stations. Enjoy

I had a similar experience with that decoder called Tiger T8hd. Infact, i regret buying it my brother. It's nothing but toy. The component are poorly built which is below par for the African market. In my case it was not even an issue of upgrade, the decoder just went off while watching never to power on again. i was relaxed at first thought at worst it can't be more than power issue. On getting to my technician, he fixed it and i was happy, my decoder was back to life. Little did i know that the joy will be short-lived, on getting home i powered it on nd connected the cable Alas! the tuner could not receive any signal. The most painful aspect is that the decoder is less than 3wks. I'm yet to see anyone who has the board or i.c e.t.c to fix it. Every other thing is functioning but no signal. It was a bitter experience!

Try and down grade the receiver (Try and flash older firmware on that your receiver).

Watching it here in ondo with consat 1m dish, 70% on afn frequency, 68% on bbc nd co frequency, 67% on M1 to M4 frequency.

Change the previous key to 0123456789ABCD00
