zakari247: Lmao. It's dead on arrival just as in the case of Osun. We're better off wearing gele to bars which is an africa culture than putting on one dirty arabic wear which is no culture of ours! |

diadem10:No but a religion who establishes equality in the Land and careless of wat islamophobes thinks. I wish they have reasoning that they read what Islam is not what is shown to them on TV or what their fathers and pastors had a thought them about Islam. |

diadem10: You would've made a point (TUTOR) if we are living in a country where one doesn't have the right to practise his/her religion. The fact that the institution was established by the same government of the country(with a clearly stated law depicting a right to religion) makes it possible for her to exercise her right to enroll in such institution (unless the institution was established outside the law), UNDERSTOOD?. And your comparison bro.., I can't even imagine what type of thinking brought it out of you. Really, look at it yourself, does it make sense? |

zakari247: How come I was banned and you weren't for that statement of yours? Lol. Indeed! I'm seeing more than ever before in the so so religion. Lol. Anyway, no act of Hijab wearing is an africa culture! Get that sunk into ya head. |
Re: Kayode Bello, The Lawless School, And The Hijab Cry by Pylony(m): 11:44am On Dec 17, 2017 |
olarid01:Okkkkkkkk! So, such an institution of learning in a country that is not an Islamic one like Nigeria should no longer hold on to its rules and regulation that governs it, as they have being doing since establishment and bend low to her hijab and not the wigs lawyers puts on because she's the first muslim lawyer in the making abi?? |
Re: Kayode Bello, The Lawless School, And The Hijab Cry by Diademk07: 11:45am On Dec 17, 2017 |
olarid01: Look at this one? It is the comparism that's paining you, not Hijab anymore? Lol. Look here, I attended a boarding school and no eediot would dare disobey the rules of the boarding section just because of a religion because no one asked him to enrol into a boarding school in the first place. Once you do that, you're out of the school. So is the NBA! Religion reducing educated to illiterates in 21st century. |

Diademk07: I carefully refrained from using abusive words when responding to your argument (it isn't because I don't know how, we just don't do that, at least, being the initiator), but since you've started it, let's play then. **** And your BOARDING school, if their set of rule negates what is within the country's constitution, then it is merely a criminal organization, nothing more. |
Re: Kayode Bello, The Lawless School, And The Hijab Cry by olarid01: 11:58am On Dec 17, 2017 |
Pylony: What rule and regulation? A rule that negates the constitution of the country that established it? So, they are more important than the country as a whole? Really, enlighten me... |
Re: Kayode Bello, The Lawless School, And The Hijab Cry by Diademk07: 12:03pm On Dec 17, 2017 |
olarid01: Lol. Illiterate forming to be educated.. The faster you realise that every institution has it own set of rules and you choosing to enrol into such institution makes you a participant, the better for you. Smh. Go wear ya hijab and come to bar na. Chaotic folks! |

olarid01:Talking about her right then all cult groups should shout for their rights to practice what they know best. As long as she is under a schools' authority and after taking the school oath to be of good conduct as practice by pass muslim students before her, she most fall inline or go to anyother that allow her to drop the wigs lawyers put on their heads for her precious hijab as simple as that. |

i could decipher 3 points from you writeup.
1. Nigeria is not Saudi, quite alright but you
need to know that Saudi is not a secular state
and the accepted religion there is ISLAM so
no basis for comparison
2. sentiments blinds you to have posit that a
sango worshiper or Cele can decide to wear
their various attires to the courtroom,
hospitals and surgical rooms. there is
absolutely no basis of comparison here again,
as the said Lady that wore the scarf
completely dressed in accepted 'dress code'
including the wig while adhering to her
constitutionally allowed rights, no conflict
here. A sango worshiper or any worshiper
perse not wearing the accepted dress code
can never be compared to this scenario.
3 saying people kept mute when the issue you
raised above occurred might not be correct in
its entirety as I can remember there was
outrage which led to the management of Law
school to issue a statement relating a trend of
the misbehaviour of its aforesaid member,
still, no basis here. remember that 2 wrong
does not make a right so assuming you are
right that Nigeria kept quiet then did keeping
quiet the right solution? so why should you
subtly condemn the outrage of the people and
yes THE CONSTITUTION IS SUPREME AND
ALL OTHER LAWS IN CONFLICT IS NULL AND
VOID TO ITS EXTENT OF CONTRADICTIONS. 1 Like 1 Share |
