Pep and Mourinho are very different kinds of managers. If you use Pep's style as your benchmark for your validation of Mourinho, then you will end up complaining till his time at this club is over.

That Mourinho's style isn't yielding results that measure up to what pep is doing at the moment, doesn't make the style appalling.

There are a lot of other factors to consider, for anyone capable of looking beyond the surface.

Herrera ain't a bad Player, but he's playing to Instructions. Give them freedom to display, and they gonna be outstanding.

But one cannot help being astounded by the way we judge people unfairly and without patience and understanding, life is all about dynamism. Well just like you said opinions MUST defer. Believe me there is no any sort of segregation. Like i said earlier we mustn't win the league this season, it's not a shame to finish 2nd to a team that refuse to drop points. We will try to stay as close as possible in case of any miraculous loss of form.
