It is not about phone number,it's about loyalty and smartness. Its like winning coca cola freezer and stock with pepsi. You think coca cola will be happy to give another freezer to the dealer.? Use our brand,we would give you what you want. Bro,it is no longer about intelligence as I said,be smart. Don't make it look as if they will use phone numbers, just an idea of some HRs.
That can never be a criteria, stop typing what you don't know, besides one can still get glo lines after getting the job, most people not using a particular line may be due to no or bad network coverage.

You are taking it too personal! Or are you the CEO of GLO?
What he said might be true and might not be through... It all depends on the discretion of the HRs involved. Stop talking as if you are the HR Officer in question

Good luck!

No competent HR would recruit based on phone numbers because of some loyalty nonsense, the example you are giving about Coca cola freezer and Pepsi product has nothing to do with recruitment, recruitment is about COMPETENCE of the candidates and not loyalty, competence gets the job done and not loyalty, this is a recruitment and not a customer loyalty appreciation program. With your logic banks would only be picking candidates who have their bank accounts for final selection then.

In saner countries, job seekers sue and win companies for screening them out because of gender and here in Nigeria someone is justifying the crude perception of screening out of candidates for a flimsy point as phone numbers. Go and read more about HR please. In your mind you feel because you used a Glo number on your CV you are better placed, I laugh at your crude way of reasoning.

I have never used glo line before so,don't judge neither did I say, phone number will be used. I was just trying to point to the fact that nepotism will always suffice in our society.

Let's take it easy guys. The guy is actually making a point which though funny could be applicable in our Nigeria of today. By the way, I presently work with 9mobile formerly etisalat and the numbers on my CV while I applied were MTN&glo. If U feel it will give you an edge, get a glo number and if you do not have one, it does not mean you would not be considered. Have a nice one guys!

They pay CCRs 75k per month, so the pay for the experience center agents will be something similar.

Trust me, they will Bleep up your life if you don’t leave there soon enough. Still have some friends trapped there. There is no salary increment whatsoever. Most people that started with the company from inception are still on same salary.
do.they have other benefits apart from basic salary
