But you should continue taking folic acid n calcium n iron. You can add multivite n Vit C. And take lots of fruits n vegetables. Your hospital wud give their own drugs once you register.

Good evening mommas, there is this pain av been experiencing from my left hip down to my feet. After a long reserch I discovered it's muscle/leg cramp. Av used vitamin and calcium and also Lofnac gel but the pain no gree go. PLEASE is there any advise on what i can do.

So on saturday 16th of Dec,i follow go to GTB end of the year party.even though they no wen carry me join body,see as i dey rock OLAMIDE "WO" and SMALL DR,I dance sote they dey fear for me...
Naso i see ice cream,unknowingly to me they don add alcoholic wine inside the cake underneath the ice cream,chai.Me wey be say if i drink ordinary zobo i dey high.
So far,so good no hiccups whatsoever,my only concern now is that,my dr said i should be prepared for cs no trial labour whatsoever,because i did myomectomy last year.
But Jesus has the final say...finger cross

iaatmgirl: that was what hubby said, I don't want surprises , babies sometimes behave the way they are in d womb. Don't worry when ur baby comes u will notice some attribute, just take note.

khaite23: Edd acknowledge ma. For the pain, maybe you should observe what triggers it, it might be your sleeping or sitting position, try to sleep on ur sides with a pillow between your legs to elevate ur hip bone(this works for me). Also see ur doctor.

I took my first TT injection @15weeks plus according to LMP and 16weeks plus acording to Scan
I have not started feeling any kick yet oo @17weeks (LMP) and 18weeks (Scan), hope no need for me to be worried abi?
Above all, Our God have be faithful to me and i eat anything i see or feel like eating.
Hopefully by the grace of God i will start shopping from Jan/Feb next year and dh said he doesnt want us to check baby sex after me don already do urine and baking soda test

Just the way you cook vegetable yam.

Chicken(beef or fish)
Pepper #100(enough that can pepper)
Green vegetable #100(not ugu o)
Ugba/ukpaka #400
3-4 onion bulbs
Chicken knorr
Red oil(very little quantity)
Salt to taste

Pound your pepper roughly. Cook your chicken till there's no more water in the pot with chicken knorr, salt, onion and pepper only(no need adding plenty seasonings). Please cook with lil water.
Cut your onions in a ring form round and set aside. Wash your vegetable with salt and water thoroughly to remove sand(you don't want a sandy food na), cut and put inside a different pot, add your onions too. Wash your ugba/ukpaka(I don't use fresh ugba), put it inside the pot containing vege and onions. Cook till is a lil done and no water in the pot(don't over cook). Off your gas.
Put some in a plate(the vegetables e.t.c), transfer the cooked chicken into the pot containing vegetables, onions and Ugba, add the pepper(not all of them), add the vegetables e.t.c(the one in the plate), add the remaining pepper. Sprinkle a lil salt(no need adding maggi or knorr again cos your chicken is already seasoned), add lil red oil. Turn everything together with cooking spoon or turner. Cook for some mins and serve.
