Obi1conte:Disclosing a recently diagnosed case of diabetes shouldn't make your friend fail medicals. Some have been in worse situations without any effect on their application. In the case of diabetes, they'll only focus attention on the patient if there is end-organ damage. In this case, the diabetes has sailed into the organs. As long as your friend is still healthy and has been managing his situation well, he should have zero problems. Check this link here for what they do during screening. If during screening they don't run additional tests on him as per the flowchart, he's good to go. 1 Like |

@boldinc, please as the accompanying spouse, what evidence / reason did you have to show or upload on previous VISA denials during your application? Thank you. boldinc: |

Thanks so much. I really appreciate. The duties seem similar. I hope it doesn't matter that he works in a bank? The HR is still insisting management approval to deal for something that can easily be sorted. Also, what if he gets HR to state the NOC code in the letter while maintaining the current JD. would it also work? Newmum0615: |

Thank you. Mine was a USA denial while I was in the UK. (Though I later got it when I came back to Naija). They didn't stamp on my passport then. I thought I was giving a note stating the reasons. Can't recall its content again or where it might even be. If this information will be relevant for the application, could anyone please advice on what to do about this. Please guys. Thank you all. boldinc: |

Not sure but I guess you can state the reason if you remember vaguely. Or you simply stat you can't remember the details. Dave4eva: |

Working in a bank doesn't pose any issues. But I don't think quoting the NOC on the letter will help anything. Omomabo: 1 Like |

Good evening elders in the house, please how can I pay for WES? Secondly, the spouse of a friend of mine has hepatitis B though the husband isn't immune and didn't have it, now they are at medical stage; hence he wants to know whether or not this could bring any issue? Thanks for anticipated responses. |

Exactly @newmum0615. All I did was learn the tips for the sections and that made practising easier. For those needing tips. Road to ielts (for those that register with British Council) and ielts advantage cover it all. Newmum0615: |

Hello All, Please I have a few questions to ask for a post-ITA status 1. Is it a must for a family of 4 to have their medicals done at the same hospital at the same time? Kids and spouse are in abuja and I am in lagos. So we want to do the medicals at different hospitals, but we are being advised against this. 2. Must you have your International Passport ready before you get to do your medicals? Thanks |

RandV:Not sure about your first question, but I'd feel you should be able to do your medicals in different hospitals. I saw some guys on canadavisa.com who had their medicals at different places. You may want to check out that site. Regarding your second question, yes you'd need your international passport before you can do medicals. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by cochtrane(m): 8:52pm On Dec 18, 2017 |
Popsumfin:No, adding her cannot be the issue. People can stay on IP1 for a long time. It would seem to me your application process is going on fine. |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by Nozzle(m): 9:27pm On Dec 18, 2017 |
RandV:1. Yes you can. All medical records goes to a common database accessible to CIC. So it doesn't really matter if the four of you use different hospitals. I don't think that should be an issue. 2. Yes u should take your passport along. |

cochtrane:@Cochtrane How did you manage to pull off this passport submission deadline extension?. I need your advice on this matter. I am not in the country right now . I don't see myself landing till end of February. I have not gotten PPR yet but I think it's pretty close( by his grace), do you think this guys can give more than a 30-day extension? I am planning to write after PPR but someone insist I write before it comes. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by cochtrane(m): 9:53pm On Dec 18, 2017 |
Nozzle:Even if you are a 100% sure you'll get PPR, you definitely should write after. There's no justification for writing before. Simply send them a mail and inform them that you have traveled and will be unable to meet the 15- or 30-day deadline (whichever comes), attaching the evidence of travel. That should clear you. That's what I did and that's what I read off canadavisa.com was done by some other guys. 4 Likes |

Popsumfin: Hi bros, You wont be able to get an accurate reason why you are in ip1 without ordering your gcms notes. Your profile is still fine for now. In this journey, the race is swift for some while it takes a while for others, keep your fingers crosses. May good tidings fall on us all! |

Hey guys, please when asked for course end date while completing the express entry profile, do I use the graduation date on my certificate or my course end date? Was thinking it should be the date on my certificate but I worked full time after my course end date but before graduation. I don't want to have conflicting info when filling the post-ITA application. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by optionese: 10:40pm On Dec 18, 2017 |
Popsumfin: Order gcsm notes. I posted the various sites 3 pages back. Also try your luck to call CIC if it connects to an agent you will spend minimum of 1hour on the phone. Use Glo network 1000 will give you 100 hours of international voice calls. So you can try everyday till you get through 4 Likes 2 Shares
