They should just teach them.....cuz am sure most of all this bigger boys and girls on nairaland but come and see their life on romance section.

Rubbish... Let the parents do their job, the problems we are having this days is that parents over look their job and the children will spoil, some parents do over pamper their children, some does not even have time for them...
Some children will learn rubbish from teachers and tent to practicalize it...

It's very possible.
In UNN, there's a NGO formed by their medical students. They do something exactly related to this through several visits to secondary schools.
They also do a yearly medical outreach to a remote village once everywhere, targets spreading across the entire S/East.
University outreaches aren't left out either.
Bottom line is I think he's right. We may not be able to 'enforce' this policy cos it's a good one. But with little steps we can get there.

It's too late.The indomie generation do not need sex education.Its even so annoying that most teachers are ashamed of teaching about such important topics.

They are just too full of prudery
