Kano state chairman of All Progressive Congress, APC, Abdullai Abbas, has resigned

Abdullahi Abbas, wrapped in the feud between Governor Abdullahi Ganduje and deputy Hafizu Abubakar, tendered his resignation letter on Thursday.

He is yet to give reason for the decision.

An aide to the Commissioner of Information, Faizu Alfindiki, confirmed the development to Premium Times.

Deputy governor Abubakar recently indicated that he would not run on the same ticket with the Gov. Ganduje in 2019.

Abubakar, a Professor of Food and Nutritional Biochemistry at the Bayero University, accused the Kano chapter of the APC of sidelining him in scheme of things.

Systematic disintegration of APC in Kano by Atiku.
First it was the Deputy governor withdrawing his joint ticket with the governor based on loyalty to Kwakwanso and now the resignation of APC chairman in same state.
All this coming just some few days after PMB's visit.
They just want to break PMB political strong hold since that's where the bulk of his votes came from through political destabilization.

No wonder APC are in panic mode because they can see the hand writing on the wall.

Atiku making political moves while APC and BMC making political noise.

I foresee Atiku and Kwakwanso aligning together very soon.

APC implosion is imminent.........

Any politician that still wants to remain relevant come 2019 must denounce the evils of APC and their works. Nigerians have come to know that the evils of APC far outweighs that of PDP.

Even if Buhari stands under the umbrella of KOWA party in Kano, he will win Kano... this may affect other elective positions but not presidential election

They were not imaginary votes. There can't be imaginary vote when PVC and the machine are used. There was no case of the PVC not being used to accredit in Kano like it was in the South South
