So in other words, I can use the two job roles to get the maximum score for my overall CRS score and the two years experience in my current role makes me eligible for PR under the Federal Skilled Workers Program. Please correct me if am wrong. elfmann: |

mummytutu:The rule is, NIS will only renew your passport when you have 6 months or less to expiration. Don't know if that rule can be bent when man-know-man is involved, but then, if you know who can bend such rule, then you have little worries as such a person should be able to get you a renewed passport within a day or two. |

Hi, For every work experience of your spouse filled in the EE/PRE-ITA/e-ITA form, you have to submit Letters of employment/reference. There is a space where you will upload all her employment/work reference letter. Not sure about the points issue but very sure about the upload as I am presently uploading my spouse, she'll need to travel for some. If I had know, I wouldn't have put the one outside the state. Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by Kontagious(m): 11:25am On Dec 22, 2017 |
kunmi5:Even at your present stage, you can still edit her work history to remove all or that which she has to travel to get. Spouse work experience gained outside Canada adds zero point to your CRS. So, if you remove any or all (provided it's outside Canada), your CRS is unaffected. Please do the needful, save your self and more your wife the stress of travelling to get reference letter. Folks (PAs inclusive) have removed work experience after ITA was received and nothing consequential happened. I (as PA) did remove a work experience post ITA and sailed through quite well. 4 Likes 1 Share |

kunmi5:1.) Care to explain why you are uploading tax clearance certificate upfront?. If just to substantiate your work experience claims, the certificates alone will do. You can always address documents to; Central Intake Office (CIO) Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada. 2.) If you have withdrawn the 25%, there's absolutely no need for the Pension statement of account except you want to explain where you get the money from if the 25% is significantly huge and a substantial part of your POF otherwise, keep your documents simple. |

Delete everything in the work history, then go to Personal History and fill it there. You may still get an ADR for her references after but its rare. Kontagious: kunmi5: |

Thanks for your input. I believe you are right in your first submission below as per spouse's work experience and reference letters outside Canada, not impacting the CRS score of the PA. But I think it is wrong to believe the PA should also remove his/her work experience after ITA is received and nothing consequential will not happen. When applying for e-APR, will the PA not be required to submit along all other documents the reference letters for all work experiences declared to secure CRS points which qualified him for the ITA in the first place? Please, clarify. Thanks and regards, Kontagious: |

Good afternoon everyone, Following @mummytutu's advice of entering the pool despite having a low score, I decided to enter. However, after filling, there is no where I was required to input details of others that will be travelling with me, I could only input my details as PA. Please, is that how it is or there is a place to add them. I would appreciate, your kind responses. Note: the profile has been created and my score awarded. Thanks as I await your responses |
