come see tests, malaria, wbc, HIV, TB. me and hubby were even asked to do the HIV and TB as well. it has been a tortuous week and thank God it ended today as all the results came back non reactive and diagnosed as a bad cough.

babies aren't easy. they can't express what they are feeling and you keep guessing as, o their source of discomfort.

You can check Nnewi/Nnobi, they also make Okpa well. Or you buy the seed and look for someone to help you process it.

Your baby is the best gift ever, you can also share the state of your babies health and a doctor will attend to you.

Pre preg, my period was very regular. 28days no more no less. I don't understand my body now. That double pad thingy dinnor work for me and almost disgraced me at a wedding one time. The top pad got full and then it trickled to the wings of the second pad, Na only God save me that day.

Seeing AF twice in a month can be normal depending on your ACL and PL(if you have shorter cycles, your period will come twice in a month). As for pad, I use double pad(2pad) and I keep extra like 1 full pack in my bag in case I'm going out.
