This is a great question and it caught my attention to reply to this thread? I will try to explain, hopefully you comprehend but if you did not. Hopefully it help other readers.
The reason for secretely watching porn is because of shame and guilt. we feel guilt about something we did and we feel shame for something we are. Both feelings are connected to messages and expectations of others !
I made that bold, hopefully you comprehend by now but i will keep going incase you dont. If you are reading this now, I bet you have seen a naked 4 years or younger, have you ever wondered why they are not ashamed to be naked. We learn to be ashamed because our parent told us to and their parent told them etc. No one is born feeling shame... If you believe this which most people do, it follows that when you view porn, then the belief "natures way" in that it is wrong which feels one with shame. Our shame about porn or even sex begins not within inside but from outside of us. We are told that some kind of sexual activity are ok but others are wrong that not wanting any sex is unhealthy, that too much pleasure is wrong, that being too open about sex is a sign of a problem.
