Gtbank Still Owes Innoson Over a billion Naira by mekaboy(m): 9:00am On Dec 23, 2017 |
News made from page about innoson withdrawing his case against GTBank . It was carefully presented to make people believe innoson is guilty and GTBank is the victim. The case withdrawn is not about the funds illegally removed from his account or the 8 billion which the court has ordered GTbank to pay. A high profile person like innoson will be friends with the IG of police , commissioner, attorney General of the federation. Out of anger innoson must have filed a case against them. The attorney general said he was not aware of what led to his arrest, the same with the inspector General of police. Since the Senate stepped in and he is released, there would be no need for the business man to continue with the case against the heads of the agencies , who he probably has relationship with. That does not mean that his case with GTB has been withdrawn. GTB still owes innoson 8 Billion as judgement debt. Until another court can upturn that judgement, GTB remains indebted to innoson. |

diegwu01: It is either you a intentionally forming ignorant or you are truly ignorant. Innoson and GTB case has been in court for over 2 years. The case that was withdrawn was filed after his arrest. This was about his arrest and not the funds GTBank owes him. He won GTB in 2 courts, it's now left for GTB to upturn that judgement. ........ maximunimpact: |
