50 for transfer to other banks with 5 naira commission.
Which is not up to 80 naira.

GTB is 20 times the size of fidelity, 40 times the size of Diamond and one and a half the size of Zenith. GTB is not going going to lose any sleep over unemployed/minimum wage riff-raff moving their accounts. 10,000 of you will mover their accounts and it's still not up to the money they make from one customer.

I work in a customer centric organization. This has practically shown me how important it is to treat customers as kings. Talkless of such High Valued customers with big investments like Innoson.
Can we imagine how one alone has painted a high flying bank like Gt as tribal and high handed and unprofessional. Can you imagine decades of reputation building by the bank being threatened n wrecked in just a few days of carelessness by some bank officials.
Who is in charge of Innosons Account in Gt? The Account Officer n the bank MD should be held personally responsible for this PR mess.
It takes a long time to build but a very short time to scatter a reputation. It won't do Gt any good as there are so many rival banks happy with this n ready to jump on the heavy Onitsha n Nnewi importers whom I heard are fast switching preferences to other banks.

All these charade won't affect GTbank in any significant way abeg! sane people understand that these village "pigs and idiots" are just emotional cry babies. that support crooks, thieves and criminals as long as they are from their erosion ravaged mud region.
