i had same issue till yesterday when i just decided to remove my memory card. Heard it's because of the many files scattered around many folders in the mcard and xiaomi did not optimize memory card scanning or so. Well, i will arrange my files in few folders today and insert the mcard back to see if there's any changes.

if it has to do with OTA, bro.. u must have done something on ur device with an app u might not be aware of...the outcome of what u must have done was to take place after rebooting(the bootloop ur device is on now (staying on MI Logo))...and maybe u didnt attempt reboot till after the update action...so the problem is not from the OTA...but showing my logo means ..

Let everyone with broken zicron come out to speak pls,out of like 100 cases,just 2,i still dont bliv d zicron is bad,either case of mishandling,or u guys got a bad unit,or dem don dey reduce the build quality,its another angu,
But still i am.still expecting more people with damaged units to speak up befor concluding.

And lets not forget,its a budget earphone,

Thanks for the mention, I would love to buy the phone but I don't have money for now, and reading the testimonies here is driving me crazy that's why I want the phone when I have money I pay up immediately or pay gradually depending on how u want it.. thank you

No doubt,the phone is very good,but I would stongly advice,you shldnt get crazy by the reviews,so you wont do the unexpected to get cash,take ur time,save up ur cash till its complete,and order ur fone.
There is always express delivery option,if u really dont want to wait.

You are right, I can even cope with broken. I believe something like glue will do the magic for it but broken wire is what scares me most
