MrMaestro: I hope you understand that there is freedom of association. The SS/SE and non Yoruba indidene want to pursue the Yoruba agenda ( ONE NIGERIA ) to the letter There is no need to include Yorubas as this group is trying to help them on what they strongly believed in.(ONE NIGERIA) I will strongly advice that the Yoruba should not only encourage this group but also finance them. 3 Likes 1 Share |

resurgentxtian4: We have no plans inimical to the Yoruba nation. We are only after establishing a Nigeria that is fair to all. You can't arrogantly claim that the Igbo is second class citizens, cannot rule Nigeria, and still expect to have it all your way. You can go and hang if you like. 3 Likes |

horsepower101: Now you understand, this is one of the fundamental problems behind the agitation of Biafra. Igbo people like me are seen as troublemakers in Nigeria by other tribes because they don't want to be seen as foreigners in their own country. The fear mentality that the Igbos want to dominate them, you ask yourself how can someone in his or her own country be dominated, I don't want to sound like a broken record, but is it they are afraid of competition or hard work what is it? How can an Igbo/Yoruba/Hausa or any other ethnic group in Nigeria who live and pay taxes are referred to as non-indigenes, what then is the meaning of one NIGERIA? Sometimes when I hear Nigerians use the words HOST COMMUNITIES, I start to wonder do they really know the full meaning of the word, did they invite anyone to a party? How can a full citizen who live, pay taxes to be seen as non-indigenes in his/her own God-given country. What is all this uproar all about? how can an organization formed for the main purpose of fostering the welfare of its citizenry constitute a threat to Yoruba tribe? Here in America, they have many of the kind of organizations, Black Americans NAACP, NUL. Jewish people have AJC, ADL, AIPAC. What is a democracy? What is the full meaning of citizenship of a country, and what is the benefit of being a citizen of a country? Is it not the time we Nigerians go back to the constitution and do away state of origin for the state of birth, where a Hausa person will be proud to say he/she is from Rivers state or Yoruba from IMO, Igbo from Lagos, Ijaw from Kano etc. Igbo/Hausa/Yoruba/Ijaw no matter where you are born we all are still what we are. A Jewish person in America, Isreal, Poland is still a Jew. 4 Likes |

jomonic: Is Nigeria not fair to you already? You come to yoruba land to succeed and you even insult the locals as poor and beneath the igbos. What kind of fairness do you need again? If you mean the Presidency of Nigeria, I am sorry you have to work and campaign for it and not by threatening anybody. Besides, most ordinary Nigerians want igbos to have Biafra so they can be free so what what are you talking about? 2 Likes 1 Share |

Alariiwo:Are you guys ok? If it is one country why can't anybody contest election in a state he or she has lived for some years? You can't have it both ways, it is either one country or different nations. Can a man born in Chicago be stopped from contesting governorship seat in California where he lives? Nobody will stop an Hausa or Yoruba man from contesting in Abia state so long as he has lived there for some years. 2 Likes |

jamjo: Gutting of the state of origin will never happen in Nigeria as it only pays the igbo who have made their homeland inhabitable for themselves and other Nigerians and want to claim benefits from the lands of those they hate with a passion? What is your business with yorubaland? Why don’t you go to the north to claim rights? Over our dead bodies will state of origin and indigeneship be abolished in Nigeria! The day that law passes in Nigeria is the day millions of igbos will die in a bloody pogrom nationwide. You cannot cheat all other tribes and claim indigeneship in enemy territory. Igbos should fight for Biafra as they have a better chance of actualising that than being indigenes in enemy territory. 2 Likes |

If you igbos continue annoying Yorubas then expect killings and massive destruction. You better believe me. Igbos should go back home and develop the place.
