it's a fifty-fifty chance... can't bring out 50k for something that's not sure...this way even if i wasn't given... i would still be a student...

Don't get caught up in some hook during clearance. Get your original waec certificate if you are using GCE and if it's school waec, go to the school you wrote it for its statement of result.

You don't know the kinda clearance officer you will be given, some have zero joy, some are friendly. I know of someone who got some online result printout out rejected. To be on a safe side and just incase...get all what they asked for before coming.

So, what should those who just wrote waec take to the clearance officers, a fabricated certificate?

waec certificate takes more than a year to be ready, so, for now, no clearance officer will mandate a student to get it. It seldom happens. when it does, it's probably because the candidate has some issues, and he/she must have written waec since, say, 3 years ago.

On no occasion will a clearance officer not clear a candidate who wrote waec recently because they failed to provide their original cert. I'm sure edopersin didn't write waec in 2017; that explains why he has his cert already.

Has any admitted direct entry candidate been given a new student Id? because without it, one can't start an online clearance. Everything just looks Greek to me.

Its majorly instant ATM cards you get that same day and most of them do fućk up when it comes to online transactions.

When you resume, go to those shops at June 12, they should be able to help you with no ish. I might not resume early, would have...

But still, go to the bank and ask sha.

Korea charges all students, whether Korean nationals or international students, the same tuition. In addition to offering master’s degrees that are more affordable than those in English-speaking countries, the Korean government, Korean universities, and several private foundations provide many scholarship programs specifically designated for international students.

Tuition and Program Duration

Tuition scholarship ranges from 1100 -1500$ per semester for Masteral and PHD programs (50% discount) tuition is paid on arrival..

Master’s courses generally require two or more years to complete. Most master’s degrees require coursework, an exam, and a thesis.
Requirements
Transcript of record
International passport (valid for 6month)
Degree certificate
National identity card
Bank statement from sponsors (18000usd )it's equivalent in any currency
Sponsorship letter
National identity card or international passport data pageof your parents or sponsor .

Academic Year

The academic year in Korea begins with spring semester in late February to early March till June.
Each semester is 16 weeks (4 Month ). Fall semester begins in early September and runs through the end of December .

And student are allowed to work 20hrs a week, and full time during vacation. Work isn't a problem in Korea cos there r lots of work embark on.
For undergraduate programs the University may require you to take up a Korean language course before direct entry to any course.
Korean language program starts March-May, june-Aug, September -November every year, and you are required to pay tuition at least 2 semesters of 1year before the University will send you an admission letter.for only Korean language students...

Requirements for language program
Recent completed waec or neco not later than 2years
Bank statement and sponsorship letter (10000usd )
International passport data page or identity card page of sponsor
International passport valid for 6month.

That of institution is not jamb letter but
uniben admission letter. So you are to
scan and upload that of jamb .

I just did mine 2day....COC is 3000....admission letter printout is 1500.,....I did mine in Jamb office(Abeokuta, Okelowo).
Jamb just dey extort person anyhow

The laid procedure is;if your original certificate is not obtainable you make use of statement of result.Just that you are so fortunate does not mean thats how it will work for everybody.Clearance officer differs,i know of a man if you didnt greet him before presenting your documents he will work you out,he will tell you thats his policy so you have to obey.Do the right thing to save yourself from many soap drama
