Hi all, i plan to build a 3 bedroom upstair .That is 3 bedroom down and 3 bedroom up. I have called my construction engineer in benin and the below is the cost estimate. Please guys what do you think? is this reasonable ?

Did he miss anything or any advice for me ? The cost is from the foundation to Decking level.

Can you clearly state your opinion? Its from foundation to Deck level. Is it too much or too small

The shap sand filling of 25 lorries is too much .
*where is bamboo to support the formwork for slab (decking)
*where is water ( or bore hole there)
*only one biding wire of 6500 for this whole work.
*400k workmanship for the whole job from foundation to the slab and supervision ?

Ready for fight bcs he will surely come for more unless there will be a room for shabby work

I am not getting to the decking. just the deck level thats after the litel. What do you think is the ideal cost of workmanship for this type of job?

There is no varander for the kitchen,I think this is necessary.Also include cross ventilation for the parlor,I can see 2 windows on same side.
The 400k for labour might not do the job,remember this is inclusive of pegging,excavation ,Menson,labour ,iron bender, carpenter and supervision.
