A Nigerian Pharmacist, Ahmed Yakasai, has raised an alarm over the circulation of fake Coartem anti-malaria drugs.

According to his tweet, the manufacturers of the anti-malaria drugs is spelt wrongly on the fake drug sachet.

...malaria is more deadly than hiv...There is no genuine malaria drug,the best way to prevent yourself from contracting it is by use of mosquito net and clean environment(remove stagnant water)

this is why I want God to give them Biafra. at least fake products go reduce for oduduwa republic or better still we won't be experiencing such. most of them are deadlier than boko haram

There are so many fake medicines in circulation nowadays. Just few days ago I bought a medicine to treat cold and catarrh, the medicine no work at all. The thing just be like say I no dey take anything.
We all know how medicine for cold and catarrh suppose make person feel sleepy. This one no change anything for my sleeping pattern. After I finished using it, the catarrh still dey there kampe.

Okay. But I used the drug rightly as prescribed by the pharmacist yet my catarrh remained. It has never happened to me before.

Who else has observed that Nafdac 38353 to confirm authenticity of drug through the scratch pin attached to it doesn't work again or respond or return any result again?
