It's a pity I tell you. 2017 is ending and young people elsewhere are re-strategizing for 2018 and young people in such a difficult country as Nigeria are queuing up to watch 'show'. This calls for national mourning, weeping and wailing. Tomorrow these are the folks that will queue up to apply for N-power jobs and other time wasting jobs.
If Awolowo and Azikiwe and Achebe and Soyinka were all attending shows in their youth they won't be where they are today (for those still alive) or have made the impact they have made on our course as a country.
This is really heartbreaking becos 31st night majority of these same folks will be in various churches shouting amen I receive it. Haba, even if na juju, e get expiry date now!

In the Spirit of #30billionGang concerts it seems like thousands of fans will be missing out on the show as they can’t get access due to the fact that tickets has all been sold out.

Every body to their opinions,some fans blamed Davido for using Eko Hotel instead of the stadium while some said the people inside should come out borrow the their tickets so that they too can partake in the show, lol!! Watch video:

People from the 80s,90s and even the 70s, must have attended the show. I'm from the 80s and over the years,I have come to love davido and if not for ill health,I would have attended the show. A lot of people work so hard all year round, and just need something to enjoy themselves during the festive period. These artists have fans across different age groups. When he first started promoting the show, the highest ticket category was vvip @ 50k which I planned doing. I was shocked later to see tables of 1m,2m,3m and 5m and they all sold out. Those tables were bought over by men;not kids. You just have to give it to davido. He's on top of his game and he has fans across different cadres. If me that can be very selective with the kind of music I listen to, can be a fan of davido, then it wouldn't take the average music Joe,much to fall in love with him.

I love davido not because he is a fantastic musician, but because he is a very good artist. A good artist doesn't necessarily need to be a fantastic musician. Artists are more of performers and that's what people love about davido. Just like when d'banj was the rave of the moment. Another thing that won me over,is his drive to succeed. People never gave him a chance but he proved them wrong. His career has been on the upward movement since he came out and he has never looked back. He is also very hardworking. Not every rich man's child that went into music, eventually became a star. You just have to give it to him. R.Kelly jumping on "if", was just the icing on the cake for him. If you know how revered r.Kelly is in the US music industry, you would understand what I'm saying. For him to remix " if",shows you how much impact davido has made as far as entertainment is concerned. He doesn't have a good voice but he uses his voice well and has created hits after hits with it.

even if my writing is poor, I was a student too, maybe I give in time and focus on earning than communication skills, I own my own house, I could Bleep for 5k, 10 easily and 20k with big thought up and down for a night and still doesn't feel the spending but give out more to my girlfriend , I am not up to 35 yet, so I see those above me still jumping up like kilode, I do not discriminate anyone because they have passion for it, but of what use will you watch show and be suffering or goes back home to start thinking what to eat, I can watch or pay if only I will seat comfortable like a king, but I will not even struggles and fight for girl with another guy, at time money was thrown up or giving out my politician, I do not care since my effort wasn't involve, I just don't pray I goes broke but I always try to get my own source on my table

Musically, I'm a big fan of reggae,jazz,r/b,soul music,country music,pop and hiphop. I like my music matured with great lyrics. I love accapella a lot and love to listen to live music with lots of strings and piano played on it... But then,I must tell you that I alo love what some of our youngsters are doing.
