Chai look at that stomach after 3children. Pls how can I reduce by belly fat just below my Belly button is a little bit protruded. Dh said its the sit up I started doing that caused it.

Thank you jare. its not that we wear cap always o, he just developed catarrh recently so I had to start wearing caps in the morning and remove at noon but I will stop now. I will get the wide toothed comb seems the one I'm using isn't wide enough then.

Teamie thanks, I have coconut oil at home so let me try it with the wide toothed comb. I don't wash daily too I just rinse with water when bathing him.
