I forcefully shut it down last night cos it was hanging, so I had to press and hold the power button till it went off,, could that be the problem? if yes, how can I rectify it? thank you.

the major thing that can prompt an automatic shutdown of your laptop especially when you have just switch it on is if the system detects they either the fan is faulty/not working.

Next time you put it on, observe what is written on the screen and lemme know.

Hey guys. I got a mac book pro early 2015. I have windows 10 booted on it. I was using it all of a sudden the mouse and keyboard stopped working. I tried external and they worked fine. I switched to the mac side and it's also not working but it worked in safe mode. I have reset the pram e.t.c. please who has an idea. I don't know if it's a driver problem,or my hard drive

If you can get someone to fix it for you and it works petfectly, i will advise you fix it.

It will save you more cash.

i suspect your keyboard is the issue. The sleep keys maybe acting up.

2. Point a touch on the screen, do you see any character?

One of the speaker on my dell laptop develop a problem. This was as a result of cracking sound when playing music and it later stop working.I couldn't hear any sound from it again, now the remaining one i was managing developed that same issue and stop working yesterday. Please how can I have good speaker and would I have exactly my laptop type if I contact an engineer?

Sure, you will get a good speaker and if it's scarce, I believe the engineer will know exactly what to do .. When you fix it, always reduce the sound when you're using VLC.
