there is constitution requirement for everything,am not against buhari paying for subsidy but,let there be transparent and following of normal procedure,buhari did not owned the country,he should not run the country as his personal business,in previous regime,subsidy payments are included in the annual budget,but buhari has never included it in his budget for approval by the legistrature.that means there is no subsidy,telling us now you paid for subsidy is suspicious,and if i may say he is a criminal
