Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by lovingT(f): 2:27pm On Dec 28, 2017 |
beekaf: Good afternoon...... I think the Canadian embassy works with inflow and outflow rather than balance because some people get granted visas with very little balance.... The aim however is to see if U can afford the trip. It doesn't seem wise to spend your 6months savings on a one week trip, so factor in accommodation, transportation and other logistics to get you an actual amount |

mevisbleek: Hi. I've got some questions based on your post. If a PR intends to sponsor his fiancee to come to Canada on a visitors visa, can he expressly state the cost of the trip will be borne by him? Or the cost will be shared between the two parties as the case may be? I'm aware there's a program for people to sponsor their spouses to come over to Canada permanently but from what I gather this process takes a lot of time. So getting a visitors visa and doing the process from there might be a faster option. Please I need your candid advice on this. Any other person with info regarding this can chip in. Thanks |

Ayokunle07: You need to add.. 1. Salary account and payslips (at least 6 months of both ) If money is paid into your salary account apart from your salary you need to explain the source. 2. Marriage certificate 3. Proof of accommodation from your friend 4. Breakdown of cost of the trip. 5. List of places you will be visiting while in Canada. Your salary is good so you shouldn't have problem financially as long as you did not over budget. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Hi all, I want to apply for a visitors visa alongside my two toddlers. They have no travel experience but I v been to UK,South Africa. Currently, we all v valid America visas. I am a journalist and work with a reputable media house. My take home is 260 but only 180 goes into my acct. because I contribute 80 to the office cooperative society n dis is deducted from source. I have no landed property anywhere and don't intend to stay put in Canada. My job is exciting enough n it would not hurt if I am refused a visa. We plan to visit the US in September so I was just thinking it d be nice to also see Canada. I have about 2m in my acct. Pls advice me on how to go about it. |
