Surely, you can't of your own do that from your end. My gift to round up the year 2017: Call 014406218 or 014603600 from January 02, next year, and have it all sorted out either ways!

it will not work that way... write them through the feedback option on your profile page.

Hello house. I intend cancelling my earlier scheduled visa interview date for a closer date. How do I go about this please. I was earlier planning to cancel earlier appointment and almost immediately rescheduling by picking a close-by date.

My fear however is the fact I have an information displayed on the screen saying "if u cancel this appointment, then you will have exceeded the limit of appointments cancelled, and will not be able to schedule another appointment until another MRV fee has been paid"

Gurus in the house, please enlighten me on how to successfully go about this. More so, I want answers to the following question

1. How many times on one single visa fee can I have appointment cancellation done without having to pay for another visa fee?

2. To reschedule for a close-by date as explained above. Do I need to first cancel earlier appointment and then reschedule the new appointment. Or I can reschedule for a new appointment using the reschedule appointment tab without cancelling the initial appointment.

3. Please, I want answers to the write-up in quote above

You can only cancel twice. The third will invalidate your appointment and you will need to pay another fee of N64,000.

Instead of paying your agent N950,000 why don't you take out time and read the beginning of this thread (volumes 1, 2 and 3). You'll get all the processes therein. I got my visit visa without the assistance of any agent. I simply got busy with the numerous posts on these visit visa threads. I saved N950,000 in the process. I recommend you do same.

Just fill in the truth. Start on a clean slate. Explain all these things that happened in the past to the VO during the interview. You might be denied but at least you said the truth and it would be on record. One day you might get it. Who knows, you might even get it right away.

The fact remains that it's always better to tell the truth. The truth shall always set you free

He's told so many lies he can't remember the truth again even if he tried. It's best to tell him that he likely will never set eyes on the US.

Clearly, the reason you left the agent is because his fees were high. Then you came here and desire that the same services be rendered free.
You are lucky however because this is a do it yourself thread. Nobody will do an agent's work for you. We will however direct you to where you can get information so you can apply like we all did.
All the information you seek is on the embassy website.
After going through all that, then read this thread for practical ways on how to approach the interview.
The very first page will go a long way in directing you.
If you feel all this is too much hard work, then your next best option is to pay the agent.
