Job Description

The Workforce Academy provides a platform to attract, identify, and select a crop of versatile young professional from different backgrounds through rigorous competency based assessment and selection criteria.
The six-month intensive training programme designed to identify and groom exceptional individuals adopts a variety of learning delivery methodologies such as classroom- based instructor-led, interactive learning, work attachments, case study and projects among others. The programme will deliver on non-negotiable learning requirements within Workforce Group. More importantly, the Academy seeks to refine and focus raw talent to become fit, by Workforce standard, for a career across our Lines of Business.
We are constantly seeking exceptional individuals who have distinguished themselves in competence and learning. A major criterion for joining the Academy is the participants’ passion for excellence.

Must have completed NYSC as at the time of application.
Not be older than 27 years by December 31, 2018.
0 – 3-year work experience (preferably client facing and problem solving experience).
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of second class upper.
M.Sc. degree from a reputable institution is an added advantage.

This depends on the company (Bank) they are employing you for. For Fidelity Bank (RSE) is N90k+,
Whereas other banks might not up to that or more than that.

Please do not ask me questions about my comment, I will not reply. Read and waka pass like a mature adult you are supposed to be.

You can either believe or disbelieve my comment, it's your choice, after all you're an adult.

I have friends and colleagues that I have worked in this insane company called Workforce Group.

Workforce Group is not all it seems please I'm begging you. They'll ruin you, why? Because the company management is in a mess! Favouritism, nepotism and everything except merit is a standard they practice in their acts, forget their fancy company logo and dead and gone history of being a top Consulting company 'back then'.

Right now, Workforce Group is sinking in the industry and it is all the management's fault of treating staffs terribly and not encouraging bright ideas.

Workforce Group will use and dump you like they do to a lot of ex-staff I know and heard news of.

The only option is to use Workforce Group as a ladder up to something better and leave within a stipulated time 6 - 12 months (yeah, it's that bad) and have a game plan so strong that BS can't make it alter. There will be a lot of BS. Dirty ethnic politics, ass licking, gossiping and all the BS you can think of.
