I have toured this thread and some others and I'm yet to see people applying for or studying medicine. Please if you're one or you know one, quote me. I'd like to make some enquiries.
Thanks.

@infamous International students are not permitted to study medicine. I am sure of Canada and majority of universities in USA but, I don't know about other countries.

Medicine in Canada is publicly funded. This implies that the spots are limited since the government does not have unlimited resources and there are only a few medical schools in Canada. As a result, these spots are often reserved for Canadian residents. Some countries like Kingdom of Saudi Arabia "buy" spots so that they can send students to be trained. I hope this helps.

So i should just run away na. Maybe to another country with more medical schools. What are you suggesting? And where?

Try the US or the Carribeans or South Africa. The reality though is that you can study medicine in Nigeria and still practice outside Nigeria...just that it is a longer route with a few more hurdles.

There is a limit to how much expenses work salary can cover. I mean there are other recurring expenses like rent and phone bills. And person go chop.

How much is the tuition that you are talking about? I can only talk for Manitoba but if you are an undergraduate student, no work can cover tuition going close to $10 to $13k. And remember you are to work legally maximum of 20hours per week.

Hello friends, I've been admitted to study at McGill, Montreal, Quebec. The information at the CIC website says for those intending to study in Quebec, an Approval later from Quebec is one of the required documents. Please who has experience on this? Is the document really mandatory? I've checked and discovered that you have to pay a separate $112 dollars online for this document, print your application and post all the way from Nigeria. And wait to receive the document BEFORE applying for study permit. This is sickening!
