Read their chat again and u will understand that this seller is a very cunning one. He makes promises bt has fulfilled non. Now to waste buyer time more, he is claiming he has issues... So, buyer should contribute to his personal issues... That personal issue he mentioned, just showed that he has no intention of refunding, just shifting goal post. I have been dealing with lots of people i have not even met one o one on Nairaland. We have done lots of transactions which involves huge amounts of money. None of them has never complained of me being a scammer. I promised to refund your 5k initially but i told you to be patient due to some personal reasons. But you keep disturbing me with calls even when i told u i am at work. Then i got upset and tell you to send my chip back and i will refund you . I even sent you my shop address and you have my phone number. I dont know where I become scammer here.

Let me post this here. I was not interested in posting it but his attitude towards peace and resolution shows he is just mentally unstable. I brought an iPhone 6 to him for a battery and touch change, he collected the money and took me to someone he calls his boy, after I left there I realized the battery was really bad and couldn't hold past 2hrs and would drain even when on airplane mode. We spoke about it and he agreed to change it, he changed it and I had to beg him to use an original battery as that was what I paid for. I even begged him to consider that I was coming from ifo, Ogun State to computer villa for this, he assured me not to worry. The second battery was even worse than the first, I called him and he said he would get me a battery from another phone that I should give him three days. That's when the whole story started. He stopped taking my calls and when I call with another number he would say he traveled. I sold the phone and some days later refunded the guy money to get battery elsewhere now the phone is perfect. It is very obvious deception is in this mentally challenged numb skull's head.
When this thread was opened I remember telling the OP to calm down. And not call him names yet all because I thought there was a resolve to this but Elias is just very unintelligent. He never gave me another battery or refund and I let it go because his Waterloo is very close by.
