Why can't you focus on the management of your own fleet of 5cars and pray you get up to 50cars like those you keep attacking. Plse stop all these, you are spoiling the good work some people are doing on this thread. People like us who are newbies on this business are learning a lot from this forum. Are you enemy of progress? Are you angry at the way people like Ogunvic, Romeo and other good fellows here are helping people? Stop making fool of yourself in public. It doesn't worth it. Manage whatever God has given to you and be happy. Allow others be whether they are stupid or not, it's not your business.

Please I am here to learn not to read antagonized posts.[/quote

Carshopper:

On this thought line I beg to disagree ... it is really not about how many managers are employed that will deliver quality but really about the processes u put out to deliver quality.

A fleet manager tries as much to optimise delivery and reduce cost for repairs and maintenance inclusive of Drivers behaviour management. All this can be achieved with fleet management solutions that is readily available and sold by companies.

Fleet managers remains the point that holds together a transport business cus they can draw up SLA with auto work shops in line with vehicle manufacturer recommendation.

I hope with this few points of mine I am able to pass across a lil something... thanks

Well bro I disagree with you. But at the end of the day

Correction those that have 50cars . There is a difference between a tenant and a landlord. There is a difference between working in a company than owning one . It boils down to OWNERSHIP . I don't have 50cars o. But I own my cars bro.
Just like in the music industry. IF you don't own your masters you are a slave to the industry. Hope you got drift winkall these motivational speakers sef, them go teach person how to enter fire politely. .... Nobody will twist my brain this 2018.

If you are a driver and you fall into any of these categories;

* You work very hard
* You can make minimum of 100k weekly
* You don't get to make up to 30k weekly for yourself after fueling and maintaining your partners car
* You are constantly been harassed by your partner calling you every 20 mins.
* Your partner collects the car 1 or 2 days out of 7 days of the week.
* Your partner doesn't care if the car you drive is giving you problems as long as you pay his weekly rental

Hit me up, i may have a better deal for you. grin

Pls. My iPhone doesn't charge in the car. It sure shows the charging icon but will even discharge to 1%. That might stay for awhile but it does go off eventually.
Pls who has a remedy to this?

Jeezzzzz, see what I have missed.

I knew it would come to this.

Ogunvic and Romeo, u guys have a dream, keep working towards it and with God by yourside u will achieve it. Dreams don't come easy to achieve, you will will absolutely face obstacles and obstacles could come in different forms just be wise to identify them.

Dru, you have made your points and we get it, you have5 cars and I believe you will still get more, which is a good thing. You are not only making money for yourself but also impacting in other people's life.
Romeo driving your car was a stepping stone, believe you me, for you to attain greatness someone must intercede. I believe you didnt get to where you are righy now without the help of someone. Yes you live in u.s, that shouldnt be yardstick to measure one's wealth. There are people living in a mini flat that are doing better Than some people in yankee.

Abeg, where ever you find yourself, Give thanks to God Cus it could be worse.

Haha lol . You have missed a lot o. I was having fun with them. If you read the thread very well . You will laugh so hard your stomach will start to pain. All that USA stuff na just fun and games. Am having fun with these guys. And also most of the time these two guys can't get take criticism at all . Once you have an opinion and they don't like it. You now become a hater.
I could careless . And you have others that will no come in saying their own. And they start attacking verbally coz of my view. Omo I take no prisoners. I will yab them all . Read my thread now. I will verbally attack anyone that comes in to disrespect me . But in more of entertainment way.
Like I said on the forum . We can agree to disagree respectfully. That's my policy and also my nickname is Mr. Petty . I can be very petty o .
Plus at the end of the day . I wish these guys luck. I can't be jealous of them . my strategy is very different from theirs . And am not a big fan of people giving their cars to fleet company. I was trying to open a discussion about that. And than I get attack verbally . At the end of the day . Just like in the music industry. You have to own your masters. So what am I saying now. I own my cars all of them . So why would I be jealous and at one point he was trying to convince me to buy 407 . I said why would I give you money to buy 407. And the cost of it is more than the elantras that I ship to Naija. And the 407 is Naija used . So please people open your eyes . Don't let people come and tell you some B.S.

I have resisted the urge to add my comment on this matter, but since he claims that because no former partner has called him out that means he has not done anything wrong, This man here still owes me and has refused to settle his debt. He deposited two of his many senior school certificates with me and ran away till today (over 5 months now). Before running away he told me he wanted to quit Uber and focus on other things, not knowing that he goes around jumping from one partner to the other defrauding them as he goes.

There are other drivers that are very vocal here that are owing me as well that have refused to do the needful inspite of my benevolence and understanding, I will not mention your names, you know yourselves but please know that you will not go free with my money, I will get my money no matter how long it takes, and the longer it takes the more the price you will pay. I will not come to you looking for my money again but know that when you begin to be afflicted that it is because of the debt that you owe and have refused to settle, a word is enough for the wise.
