Sorry to ask ..while never in doubt, let me ask, How did the person know that the image would be passing by at that time and decided to station himself or herself to capture it well? Okay, And i think the image is distorted not organized? When God moves, Camera can't capture it no matter which camera is that. And i believe God will never allow an image of him to be captured..Well someone can prove me wrong..

It could be possible, cameras can capture what the human eyes can never see. A practical example is infrared light. (IR)

Your camera can actually capture the IR light emitted from your remote control but your eyes can never see it, even in the dark because IR light is below the visible spectrum.
You can try it tonight using your phone camera and see the magic.

NB: the light is emitted whenever you press any button on the remote, aim it towards your camera and observe your screen.
