The story of Abraham the friend of God, who also is known as the father of Nations had set a historic platform for all children of God to live by the rule of "Faith"

Is Abraham a christian or a muslim?
with what religion did he serve God? it is proper I put up this question as both christians, muslims and others have claim a complete of him.

If Abraham never practice any of these religions, how come of these names like Abraham and Prophet Ibrahim?

it is good to ask. Kindly put me through and also for the benefit of others.

All the lights to be thrown on this issue is in the Bible. Just like the convenant God had with Israel which is still manifesting till tomorrow. Muslims don't believe in miracles, the conception of Sarah after she has reached menopause is a miracle.

He was neither, he was just a friend and follower of God. None of these major religions existed then. It was Abraham's descendants that founded the different religions

Genesis:22:18. The word is 'seed' not 'seeds' many, Abraham believed in the coming of Jesus Christ who was the seed.

I think it's absurd to say he was a Muslim since Islam is nothing more than repackaged Judaism

So in summary, Brahma aka Abraham is more befitting to be a Hinduist historically because he co-founded it about a million years back.

There was no Quran then.
No Muhammed , Abraham did not confess shahada.
He did not perform hajj, neither did he tawaf the kabaah and Safa and marwa.

He never went to Saudi Arabia.

Just a Faithful Friend of God.
