I checked reviews, nobody complained about battery life or touchpad.
The specs are very very good for that price.
It also looks 100% like the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 which is almost twice the price.
It's a good to go phone.

The only thing about camon is the camera and the band 28 it supports apart from dat nothing special.
