don't know bro,i did some tests plus urine test and the doc can't still pick anything! a fellow nigeria suggested it could be chronic jedi! i'm not based in nigeria and hence have little access to the local herbs

take prescribed antibiotics (erythromycine or augmentin 625mg) then add flagyl to it. Thank me later.

mine has bin for a year.jst did a ct scan recent n nothing was sin.God help us

If d ??doctor you are seeing isn't good enuf to have made at least a provisional diagnosis with your history and available results,ask them to do an endoscopy(like flexible tube with camera inserted into d stomach thru d mouth) and possibly Barium meal with follow through.
Ask for a centre that has these.
I am assuming you've done d baseline investigations like,Stool analysis,stool occult blood,H-pylori serology,widal test,etc

2 - Salmonella typhi
3- Staph infections
4 - Gastritis
5- possible causes of other types of infections

probable solutions
1- run a lab test on typhoid and malaria,sugar level,infections
2- try to deworm with zentel tab or vermox
3- go on digestive enzymes supplements
4- boost ur level of immunity with echinacea,vit.c,astragalus
5- or use cellgevity capsules -2caps daily
