Your apps are in english language,except for some few preinstalled apps that are in Chinese I think.

And yes it is pretty easy to install Google Play, all you need is to install Google installer apk.

Chinese ROM supports English lang, just that some apps are in Chinese and there's no GooglePlay (you'll have to instal that ypurself).

No for now comes with china rom which works great with google services,but once global rom comes out,it would be easy to install it,
But i think aliexpress sellers hav the global rom already.

just like you can change language on global rom to Chinese and everything will display Chinese ; you can also select English language on the Chinese rom and everything will display English.
As a matter of fact, you'll receive OTA updates, just like on global rom
Most people don't know how the Chinese rom works.
I've had clients who specifically requested to have their devices with the Chinese rom. More customizations it has.
