But is our argument about him paying them same or higher salaries? I started by saying he should work towards bringing some of the players from Feirense to Remo stars if they make it back to the NPFL, but you resorted by saying it can't be done in Nigeria cos no Nigerian club can pay them and went ahead talking about other negative stuff. The point is that he can sign any player he wants and will pay them well too because he can. Will the players come? I don't know, but can he pay them more than $500 or whatever he's currently paying them in Feirense? YES! tbaba1234: He can pay them if it makes business sense to him! |

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has explained why he played Alex Iwobi in the goalless draw at Chelsea on Wednesday, January 10. Iwobi played the whole 90 minutes as Arsenal held Chelsea to a goalless draw in the first leg of the League Cup semi-final. The Nigeria international was a surprise addition to the starting XI following revelations that he partied a night before the FA Cup defeat to Nottingham Forest on Sunday, January 7. Wenger, however, insists that he started the player because he could help the team. “ It is one thing to punish someone individually and the second thing to punish everybody,” Wenger said after the game. “ If I think he can help the team to win it has nothing to do with the fact that he can be punished separately and individually. ” See Also: Arsene Wenger urges Arsenal to avenge 4-0 Anfield humiliation Recall that Iwobi was caught partying into the early morning of Saturday, January 6 before the game against Forest. The 21-year-old played the entire 90 minutes of the game and struggled all through. Wenger branded his behaviour ‘unacceptable’ and revealed that the player will be fined. “ It was not the night before the game. It was 48 hours. But it’s not acceptable, I will speak to him about it. If that is true he will be fined ,” Wenger said. https://www.davinadiaries.com/arsenal-manager-explains-why-alex-iwobi-played-against-chelsea/ |

Omo this one wey Leicester wan keep faith with Nacho, how the guy go come take get playing time now The coach might not want to utilize Nacho, but the management will never sell or loan him out this season except they get a super offer and the way things are ain't nobody going to offer a sweet deal to incite them. |

Tragic story, Wilson Oruma was defrauded of 1.2 billion and has suffered a relapse of an emotional breakdown.

Teekim:Is like you are not getting this.No matter how good a goal-keeper or defence is , a poor mid-field will expose them and make them look average or even poor. The game is won and lost in the middle. France identified Onazi's input to super Eagles mid-field and sought to eliminate him.Even after the match their coach even said"I watched the Eagles previous matches and observed that Onazi contributes more than Mikel, I told my players, if we are to win this match you must pay special attention to Onazi"He also said he never told them to maim Onazi. 2 Likes |

ykalhaji:the Leicester management does not have sense. How will anybody buy a player they don't see in action? If you want to sell a player badly, give him games and advertise him to the world. Nobody will buy a player from you for a good amount if you aren't even using the player |

EEGA:I slightly agree with you, but the goal didn't come from a build up in the midfield. I was from a cross when Enyaema was out of position. Anyways, we should look at getting a replacement for Mikel just incase something goes wrong. If Sokari is good enough then let's invite for our next friendly game 1 Like |

Icon4s: Some of these 419 guys can be very convincing with their narrative. His life savings gone in an instant.. All of the hard-work. I was wondering where Oruma was, not knowing that he is in this kind of state. Seriously, a lot can be done to help him. I remember Aaron Lennon had a break-down but is back on his feet now. I hope he gets some help. |

goldfish80: This is double standard down there. It is becoming clearer by the minute where your allegiance lies. In one minute you were caught saying we haven't played any Grade A team with a solid defense,,but when called out about Argentina, you quickly downplayed their loss to us. I bet, if we had lost that particular friendly match, your statement would have read... "we were scoring with ease against weak opponents but when we met Grade A team with a solid defense like Argentina, we lost or we couldn't score" Many members here have been on your case all week concerning the way you berate both our players and the SE as a whole. You have never said anything good about them, it has been from one complain to the other about them without profering a single solution to the problems you highlighted. You see, when I make accusations against you and people like you on this thread that you guys have hidden agendas against the SE, you all feel slighted. I mean, isn't it obvious from the way you all talk from both sides of your mouth?.... Whenever we lose or play badly, you all spring forth from wherever you are hiding at to insult our players and find fault at will. Regardless of the opposition. But whenever we win even against a big team, you all will rather downplay our win rather than congratulate the boys. If that isn't double standards then I wonder what it is Your type, even if we qualified for the quarter finals of the world Cup this year.., it will be either a fluke or that tournament itself is poor, or that all the teams we met gave us a leeway! You guys are a lost cause Your motive for being here is getting clearer by the day but God pass una Wetin. Una day find, Una no go see 6 Likes |

safarigirl: The management might soon tell the coach to try his best to include Nacho, because they are about to offload Slimani and ullao, so Nacho might have more opportunities and that 110k per week money they are paying Nacho is not a joke. Slimani is worth more than Nacho because at least Slimani has proven himself at club level before coming to Leciester while Nacho is still "potential" when it comes to club level performance and with his recent form and luck most clubs that will bid will be bidding with ridiculous low ball offers. 1 Like |

Teekim: Sokari wetin abeg please that guy should not come and put his selfishness to affect the present good rapport in the team. That guy bleeped up our U21 world cup chances back in 2015 with his selfish plays. This reminds me again, EPL coaches have been messing Nacho up ever since, I remember Pelligrini did not release Nacho early for that tournament or for the African tourney too and Pep denying him the chance to represent Nigeria at the Olympics. |

komekn: You have been making this statement for so long now it is almost turning into a song. Someone have to call you to order before it becomes a clique. Your constant ego show boating of Epl & Championship over the Bundesliga is spurious. The results of both Leagues from the Europa League is there for everyone to compare. When was the last time an Epl team outside the big 6 beat a German club in the Europa?... How well have English clubs performed in the Europa barring Man U who won it last season? Now compare also how many times Bayern Munich won against the Epl big 6 each time they met in the Champions League. I bet you don't know Because if you knew, you wouldn't be here lieing to our face about how apart from Bayern Munich, all other clubs in the Bundesliga are below to both the second half of the Epl and even to the championship teams as well. You might want to type your next argument with stats while I bring mine. 4 Likes 1 Share |
