It's not an upgrade for me. If we want to be competing with top clubs then not with pause-play player like Willian that has little creativity.

Once watched a Chelsea match where they needed a goal badly to draw the match, i think Hazard or Azpilicueta passed the ball to Willian. Only for Willian to hold the ball at one spot for about 2-3 minutes raising and dropping his right leg facing a defender
