If you have your way please go to either Lagos or Abuja, Port Harcourt doesn't have good hospital for Ivf, don't make the same mistake most of us that stay in PH made

Hello ladies & Happy new year,

Have been following this trend for a few months now and i want to commend everyone for all the insightful information they drop here.
This year i have decided to take the TTC journey seriously and i believe i as well as the other ladies in this forum will overcome this challenge this year.
Please kindly advice the best hospital to go to in Port Harcourt, i am and DH want to try IUI and eventually IVF if we have to. My options include Gyneascope and save a life.
Your opinions will be appreciated.

But after the transfer what happens(speaking of the two weeks wait)? Will the patient stay in lagos or board a flight n come home?

When pregnancy is confirmed, does the patient stay for three months before coming home?

Hospital or hotel?

I will advise you stay back till after the test is confirmed, we need to stop throwing our money to these port Harcourt doctors, when pregnancy is confirmed, you can now look for a good doctor to follow up...my opinion though

I think registration, preliminary assessment, drugs and procedure is about 1.3m. Follow up drugs after pregnancy is 60k( I still think that’s an error in communication)
When you compare with George’s (about 2m) and Olive Branch (over 2m), it is veeeery cheap.

I heard Fertil aid is as good as NISA and Diff and they are cheaper!!

Fertil Aid is very good, 3 of my friends with serious fertility issues got results there. The MD is a good man, he is very empathetic and he understands what it means to TTC. I had a procedure done with him recently, if you want to try them please go ahead, he takes his time to investigate underlying issues before commencing treatments.

10m sperm count is very ok for ivf..as far as there is a motile sperm there. most ivf centers routine do icsi, as low as 600k sperm count is good for ivf

Good morning all, I'm a new member.

There are some nice supplements out there like proxeed plus, fertilsan, fh pro etc. Lifestyle could also affect like wearing pants all day etc. Also check for infection(urine n semen culture) in a good lab
Like our brother said he is good to go n ICSI may be used for better fertilization.
If u want to know more, read from the beginning n also Check fertilechick WEBSITE.remember it is God that gives.

hmmm really, I was there yesterday to make inquiry, and the lady I met on ground told me 1.2 to 1.5 depending on the treatment rendered. And that excludes registration and test, which is 125k. Please if you have any other contact we can reach to clarify the price. I will gladly appreciate. Cos I still feel 1.2 to 1.5 is on the high side.

I got this price directly from the doctor, I know that Lady she doesn't give the actual price but tells you till you come.
