Make sure your wedding date actually falls after AOR before adding him.
Being totally silent on his military job may backfire if they find out. That will result in a 5 yr ban which is much longer than the 1 yr wait (which isn’t cast in stone anyway) that you’re trying to avoid.
The only other option is to apply as single if you’re in so much hurry to enter Canada. The downside of that approach will also be the long wait involved in sponsoring a spouse.
Think it through properly.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I will be patient through the whole process, who knows it may not be as long as I'm predicting. God bless!

Ok thank you!

It shouldn't be an issue. I don't think there is any law that says it is a crime to work in a family company and the person who issues you reference must not be related to you. What is most important is that the company exists and your role there can be verified.

What if your father is Dangote and the HR manager is your elder brother who is Dangote's first son, will it make your work experience in the company invalid? After all you have a degree, passed IELTS. If you ask me, I don't see any problem but let's wait on seniors in the house to put mouth on it.

Hi guys, I would like to ask a few questions. Can a spouse be added after PPR? What does it entail?

Ok. Then you may go ahead and submit it. It appeared a little similar to the NOC one, to me sha. But it is ok. You may go ahead. Good luck.

Thank you very much

Use hellofax online...I think that’s what some people used here. Someone should throw more light.

mcstan18:

I'd rather we do this here since it's not a personal stuff.
- Follow THIS LINK to create an account
- Scan your certificate(s)
- On the scan copy, use the typewriter tool to type your WES reference number somewhere at the top. Make it bold enough to be seen at first glance but be careful not to obstruct any information on the certificate
- Save and upload document in the space provided on the hellofax page
- Type in WES fax number and send
Someone suggested not to type in the document...

Hellofax.com will do the magic or myfax.com/free
Just enter all your details and input the fax number as d recipient. That's all

Hello all, can someone link the job reference letter format for me. This search option is breaking it into pieces.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by Nobody: 4:00pm On Jan 16, 2018
Hello All,

I am filling my post ITA form and I need advice.

So I lived in uk for 4 years, 2 years on student visa and 2 years on temporal resident permit. So basicly, uk was my base for 4 years.

Under travel history, I am confused how to document this because I traveled in and out of uk over 12 times (uk - Nigeria).

I can't remember the exact dates and the stamps are not even clear.

So I have simply filled September 9th 2007 to October 15th 2012. I'm I to fill all those short 3/4 days visit to Nigeria in between my 4 years stay in uk?

P.S We declined the Dec 20th ITA and have now gotten an unbiased ITA.

Thank you all.

I can get an email from them stating they cannot provide a reference letter, I do not know anybody in HR but I know that none of the staff will agree to provide a letter on my behalf as it is a bank in the UK and they are very strict, I can get my accountant to provide all the company bank statements and invoices, my problem now is the job description.

Good that you can get the bolded plus "work contracts that shows your work hours and pay". Can you lay your hand on the vacancy that was posted before you got the job or any vacancy posted by the company regarding that same job role? That should contain your JD; you may use that along with the aforementioned documents plus a letter of explanation (LOE) to prove your work experience. Let us know what you come up with.

Can a person awaiting Senate approval have a Certificate? If the answer is No, then the answer to your question is NO

I am guessing you are in Market Risk Unit or something similar. I had a stint in Market Risk and the JDs you listed are very similar to what I did. 1111 tilts towards those in Financial Control or Accounting and Financial Audit departments.

Have you checked "1112 Financial and investment analysts"

NOC 1112 is a good fit for the role.

Go back and ask for them . It's your right . Ask to speak to the manager. Show them the format.

Hello,

My boss (@40manlappy) has done justice to your question. Just try to attach all necessary documents to prove your work experience. Attach the E-mail, bank statement/pay stubs, offer letter, employment contract and co. Someone (@Dee30) shared this (read the post below) on Canadavisa forum.

"My employer refused to give a reference letter. I submitted offer letter, a letter from my teammate and recent payslips. Those were accepted and I got my PPR"

I wish you the best.

Your job description fits more for 1112 than 1111. I fall under NOC 1111 and I'm certain that it doesn't include your description. Just check 1112 in case

Many thanks to Newmum0615. Didn't know she had already responded to your inquiry
