To the best of ma knowledge,global rom is more like europe version of the china rom with support for muli language and better translation,
But the sweets benefits na china rom dem pack all put.

My note 4x came with note 4 miui9 global rom dnt knw if its efficient or conserves battery but d camera is too poor and iv not seen dat xiaomi autofocus atall, at some point i panicked if it was original or fake but antutu and cpu z cleared my doubts

Adapter comes in the pack, no be gift. Camera should be poor according to the reviews i saw. If you want good camera even for snapchat, think Camon CX.
