I have partnered with 5 record labels and managers, 2 music distribution companies and 12 mega churches, they are willing to provide funds after I complete the development of the platform.

I am based in Kogi but I'm a student and currently in sokoto (I don't want to lie to you), I have already paid up 300k but if I don't pay the last 50k by today, the developers will dump the project and move to another one and I will not be able to meet the deadline set by all these partners and I spent about 18 months convince them to partner with my company.

You dont need 'help'. You need an investor, most likely an angel. However the amount you are seeking is too small to excite any investor and you will need to convince partners that the market can provide demand and a healthy return. There are other issues with your structure, most noticeable is the fact that you are combining this with school.

Yesterday, I came here to beg for help of 50k for my near death company, everything I worked for tirelessly for 18months was on the brink of failure but when I gave up hope..
