You might be doing more than the phone can handle. W5 was running only a lite version of HiOS.

whenever i try to switch to 3g the network become very poor,and if i try to on my data the network will just vanish.
people are busy enjoying 3g in my house while i am left alone with useless 2g.

which network do you use?
And when switching to 3G don't set it to 3G/2G auto, use 3G ONLY

go to your settings, click on developer options, you then untick stay awake

Charging time takes 3hours+ to charge 0-100 with the follow come charger.
