When Gov. Wike visited, two months back, there was so much drama with the abandoned Rivers State Scholarship students carrying placards in protest against Wike for abandoning the project started by his predecessor, Amaechi.
I would have wished that these students were around today to receive the man who gave them scholarship and funded them for several years before Wike aborted the program midway.
