omonla10: That's your problem. Change device. Your GPS is faulty and will continue to record false movement. Sometimes in your favor. Other times, in the riders favor. |

It's sad to read how investors and driver partners on here are already wishing the govt. transportation plan to be a failure, simply because we're earning from E-hailing or whatever. Why can't people be positive in their thinking? Why must it fail? Nigeria na we own, our population is multiplying by the day, and some people think uber/taxi will suffice for citizens day to day movement? JOKERS While some might not be able to afford, they still need to get to point B from point A. Let's stop the selfish thinking. Let's pray for the government to get it right. Developed nations have gotten public transport system right, but uber/taxify still exist in their climes. Nigeria must move forward----> 2020 is here already Where are our MDGs? 8 Likes |

After reporting to Taxify. They will reply your mail asking you to provide details for pickup and dropoff. Next, they will send mail to the rider asking for the money and possible reason for not paying. They will send you an update message saying they've contacted your rider to pay the money. And goes further to inform you that if the person refuse to pay or reply their message, they will deactivate or block the person permanently. Abeg who deactivation hep Note, the correspondence above will only happen if only you review the ride's price before ending the trip. Anything aside that, just forget it, they will tell you to review next time. Matoni: 1 Like |

I woke up very early this morning, set my destination trip from Ogba to Victoria island, after like 20 to 25mins, I received a trip request from Dedeolu court Ogba to somewhere after EKO hospital Ikeja, I was very surprise getting this kind of request, I was expecting a request from Ogba to Victoria island or Ikoyi Anyway, I embarked on the trip and dropped off at his destination, after like about 10mins, I received a text message from uber that my account has been flagged for irregular use of uber application and then again another message from the drivers app that the trip has been deemed irregular and therefore cancelled It was a card trip and my earning of about 700 was vanished This trip was a successful one and infact my rider rated me 5 star after the trip but to my surprise, uber cancelled the trip and my earning was gone after the trip was successfully completed I am suspecting my rider, he must have reported that he never requested for uber ride Please guys what do u think, this is the 2nd time such incidence will happen to me.

pooozeee: Rider fraud should be Uber lost. They can't just punish driver for what he doesn't know. They are suppose to use a good credit card processor that will detect fraud. I think is time someone take Uber to court. 1 Like |

This people are also scam...the fact that rider uses fake credit card shouldn't mean he will be the one to bear the loss...that was how I took a rider from lekki phase 1 last year dec. to Badore Ajah on 1.8 surge...I dropped the rider can on calculated the fee...it was zero naira...thought they will adjust and credit me back but they didn't ...I reported after like 4 days and they are telling me shit that the trip can't be reviewed after 3 days...shithole people... Uber should rectify this issue in there system, because Nigerians learn bad thing easily and fast, once people know about this bypass on Uber system, all riders will start doing it, please Uber agents should take notes, or less they want to have more people pull out from their system this year, they will end up paying huge amount of money for adverts like there doing now on soundcity fm |
