The next note of course, if it will ever be, or the one with the new moniker to replace the note series. I just have the strong feeling that Xiaomi can't risk leaving the Redmi 5 plus as the successor to Redmi note 4/4x, at least the competition won't allow them to do that. They'll either release the note 5 or another device to replace the note 4/4x, or maybe still, release another version named Redmi 5 plus pro with snapdragon 630 at least grin

You can buy from Xiaomi Online store. The Xiaomi Redmi 5plus doesn't have a global rom, it's vendor rom you'll get if you choose global rom for it.
