Dividend factor is on the side of Fidelity, will likely give it some support.
Expect huge offers on Dmd & FCMB in the coming days..
Dmd will not pay a dime while FCMB will barely give their normal 10 kobo.

...I will strongly advise u not to bet on the part in bold. ...but what do I know. cheesy grin

You go need carry gun to get it at that price.

If that should happen for Diamond, I will re-adjust my entry price from 98k to 78k.

grin We all had diff stories Nse has dealt with us ..Averaging down could be dangerous atimes, esp if u don't have enough money to continue

Experiences with UBA and Dangflour seem to convince me that averaging down is very safe and rewarding if and only if the company in question is liquid and has its price nosediving for reasons other than sharp practices being uncovered on the part of its management or directors board.

fight ! Oh Please.. not me.. I only said it was not CP's call to tell people when to sell. Because there was absolutely no reason to say that. Have you asked yourself why people are selling ? Ha there been any bad news since the bull ? Results has not been released so why the panic ? It's just another clear madness of people !.. I'll be the last person to fight here o. CP is among one of the people I refresh this page all the time to read their post but telling people to sell for no reason ? when you don't know the number of units they have ? Na so bear dey take start.. Some don't even know how to sell gradually.. they'll just pack everything come market to sell at a crazy price..

In the first place, which goodnews/results propelled FCMB from N1.00 to above N3.00? Veitva's recommendation? Do you know if CP wrote those Vetiva's recommendation?

Don't you think reversal will be sudden?

umm Not likely , really cant say. But ''IF'' we see some early positive results wt decent dividend declaration . . . den we may quickly re-test prev highs suddenly

a very big '' IF ''

Maybe the MIB can wave their magic wand,..... cheesy grin grin

We know

- Dividend season is approaching
- We are expecting last quarter and full year report.
- Investor will position and reshuffle their portfolio based on both factors at least for the period.
- To take advantage of juicy dividend and a decent appreciation from the current pullback.

Decent dividend?

If GTB EPS is 6, however much do you think they will pay as dividend?

N3 is 6% at current price. This will be a record.

Then go to other stocks. Some no go even pay at all sef. Some we never see results for some years.

When the tide is down, we will see those that had been swimming unclad.

Seconded.

But make we wait small and see if anyone will joggle fidelity a bit. 10M bulk offload should be enough, then the rest will rush in.

Some stocks followed Fidelity without carrying reserve fuel!
Fidelity is now using fuel inside reserve tank (Fundamentals).
