The issue here is discipline and actually screening your drivers by having them take some kind of test that gages their psychological traits because we are millions of people and we must protect ourselves by ourselves.

They need to install cameras in these cars for the protection of females and even the male drivers.

She could be telling the truth, but there have been cases where a female passenger gets into an altercation with a driver and subsequently threatens to raise a false rape claim .

Currently there's no evidence he did it, but naturally most people will believe the female.

Very possible! Come to think of it, what if the Taxify driver insisted on being paid cash (because according to them Taxify delays in settling them especially during weekends) while the girl insisted on card payment ....then the driver refused to open the door hence the agro ....very possible
