Mind you I wasn't found wanting is all these areas. As you have rightly said may be I will ask them to place me on Admistrative process next time to investigate my claim of which I think asking questions about my claim UK visit could have given the vo some clues about my claim if it was real or fake.

Nobody knows their chances its 50/50 chance sometime when you think you have the whole chance to the vo it might not be up to 1 chance but sometime when you think you don't have chance then miracle from above works wonder. Research well and work on your ties. You have the tools here read well from page to page and from script to script. After that you become a mini vo then you will be able to evaluate yourself. But mind you Tanzania has noting positive to contribute to your chances

His reason for traveling is to visit Disney land in Orlando Florida. He is married with no child but the wife is pregnant. He works as the head of operations in a Bank with a whooping salary. He should fill a new form and remove that lie asap, then swap ds160 numbers in the appt section.

UK visa is not just balance, it is verifiable source of PERSONAL income. Not business account. You need to show paperwork to prove the money coming in and leaving your account

It depends on couple things;
Firstly, was u married before applying for passport or the other way around..? If it was the former then thats not good cos it becomes questionable as to y it wasn't so on your passport; if its the latter then proof of marriage (marriage certificate ) and/or birth certificate of children would take care of this..

Change of name doesn't matter.
You have a right to decide the name you want to bear, either your maiden name or married name

fill the ds160 form for your family members respectively

go to your profile where you scheduled appointment, you should see a family link there. open it and see if you can add their details, provided you have paid their visa fees together with yours.

those who have done it before will add or subtract

Was wondering how you were able to book their appointments without their DS160 form number. Now, I get. Well, are they both tied to your appointment as Dependant on your US Embassy Profile page (not DS160 filling oh)?

If they are, you may have to call the Customer Care Unit or use the feedback button from your profile for them to help you resolve this from their end.... And if they are not, you can sort it out on your own by editing the DS160 number on their individual profile before printing or reprinting the appointment details.

Whichever option works for you, you first have to fill their personal/individual DS160 before attempting to do the corrections, you actually need that number to forge ahead any further.... Regards!

You can travel to U.S anytime... There's nothing like holiday or not... if your reason for traveling to U.S is for holiday fine... U.S embassy will not object to that but you must possess the requirement (Ties) before you can be issue a U.S visa.

Chances are slim. The visa ratio for family is at it lowest low compared to when Obama was the President, they refuse visa with no reason recently and the funniest part of it you can't ask the interviewer why they refused you. If you want the visa make sure you go to Europe or UK with your family not Dubai or South Africa or else the consular will just flip through your passports looking for lame excuses to refuse you and it hurts really bad like really bad when you are refused. Imagine, if you are South African going to Europe and so many countries your visa fee can't just go into oblivion until they are satisfied with the docs you provided, they will even tell you other docs needed before securing the visa, but in Nigeria US embassy wont ask for docs cos they see us as fraudsters, doc forgers and liars and all the effort put in for visa will end up in a sheet of paper Section (214b) like say you pluck the money. Left for me the US govt is extorting Nigerians massively. Please have a genuine reason before going to US embassy cos I classify them as rippers.

I remembered when I wanted to travel to the UK 1997 after providing docs and interview I was given a transcript of the questions & answers then cogent reasons why I was denied, that shows how competent an organisation should work.

Did you reach and fill this page while booking the appointment? Or did you get to the page where you had to input ALL three MRV fee number on same page before finally booking the appointment? Or you did the booking separately, one after the other?

You will have to fill two forms, one each for both of you, and yes you can book appointment to be interviewed together....
