it happens because most dissatisfied people don't come out to vote, the leave the governorship election to the miscreants and core supporters of APC who are given just 200 naira and derica of rice, some quanties of salt and in few cases some yards of Ankara,to go and vote and after the elections they won't see this people again until close to the elections, they will come and repeat the same again I think lagosian should also be interested in the governorship, there is room for improvement everything is not perfect there.
