@greenpenwriter, sorry for the stress you are passing through. As other mama have advised, you dire need your husband support on this. If he can’t support you then let the issue rest. Firstly, he made mistake for allowing a growing up man to leave with you without giving rules. Despite the fact that this younger people misbehave so many times. What I would say is, calm down, ignore all the negative comment they are saying( they will always talk) and look into the future After these issue has been lay low, call your husband and tell him your mind that it’s now obvious you are alone in this marriage because you expected his support to you but woefully failed( not fight matter) but let him know that what he did pained you. Biko, let him go and stay with whoever he want to stay with, you have tried your best already let their family take the rubbish of their unruly son. Wish you all the best 5 Likes |

Greenpenwriter, pls dont get worked up over this. If i were you i will even be happy that he's finally moving to SIL's place. You will hear of his misdeed there too. Forget your inlaw's negative comments. He's with his own sister now, let's see weather he will have the effontery he had with you, shebi another man is incharge in that home. I hate it when mature people can't respect their old age. 12 Likes |

Let him go stay in your SIL house, she will eventually see his kind of behavior. Just be patient, you will hear she chased him out. You even tried. How can he bring friends into your home that stay till late hour. It's not even safe for you. What if after drinking, and One decides to act violently. If it was me, I would have told him just once to stop bringing those bad friends into my home. If he doesn't listen, the next time I will change the locks and not let him in. I will tell him to come back to pack his load. Yes, he should go tell his mom and sister I am that less concerned. If hubby likes he should refuse to be on my side that one sef no concern me. Even when my MIL told me not to eat mayonnaise that I am already fat, eh! I change am for my hubby and he in return change am for e mama cos he no me say next time I won't take it. Shey I no know say I first fat before eating it ni greenpenwriter: 8 Likes |

@Greenpenwriter, please don't be emotionally blackmailed into changing your stance. If he's truly bringing in strangers that late into your house, going and coming in at late hours, smoking and all then he has to Go. No one, not even your dear husband will be there to face the immediate consequences the day he brings in bad gang; so many things can go wrong biko. You all, including all the Bils/Sils, husband and you can contribute something and get him a small self contain 2 Likes |

hunniesuzie:Found this really helpful, thank you. About the benylin, was told to use 2.5ml as against 5ml which is to be used for children above 1. I got it at a pharmacy and my doctor said i could use it. If i may ask tho, why is cough syrup not appropriate for children under one? and what can be used for cough? |

greenpenwriter:. Choi little boy that doesn't have respect, feeling like Nna anyi because he's in-law. You should have reported to their own mum, so it would still look like a one family issue, cuz now it just looks like you don't like their family. Whether she takes your side or not is irrelevant cuz me it's after reporting to these people I'd then proceed to start mistakenly locking him out and so that after the conversation with him you can add that 'I've also told your brother and your mum'. No responsible man brings friends to his family home to be drinking ogogoro at night, what are bars for. Be glad his irresponsible arse is gone. If you feel like apologizing, wait until he's picked up his last bag and gone before you start. He'd probably go and act something similar with his sis and you'd still hear there gist later, that's the way it goes with in-laws. So just consider this as your turn, and wait for it to pass. And stop bringing your mum into it, it's not that serious. Also don't drag the issue with hubby for now, just let it down down, you can bring it up months later when everyone has calmed down to give him an example of how not to behave when you are somebody's husband. 7 Likes |

LholarB:Me three. My baby acts like my enemies have appointed her personally to ensure my glasses don't spend up to a minute on my face. I haven't worn those glasses since she was born, I only undug it for bbn and once she sees it on my face she comes for it and the struggle ensues. I've even undug the older one that has just one hand to wear when she takes the good one and she comes for that one too. People that wear glasses and have babies, how do you people do it Biko. 1 Like |

So I have a family occasion to attend today and I finally took one of my lying fallow materials to the [s]fashion designer, shey that's what they like to be called these days even the quacks[/s] tailor. This is a picture of what I asked her to make, if I attach a picture of what she made choi [s]one glam ma would continue calling me akpa Akpu[/s]. Now I've torn off the whole cape area and I'm waiting for aboki tailor to come and pass so they can sew up the parts I opened up to tear the cape. In fact lemme go find backup dress biko. The girl in this picture reminds me of Benignasweety btw. 6 Likes |

Giddyperson, that's local rice with swags. Uwa bu I like this your style o and I'm so making it. Sorry about your tailor issue, since a tailor made me cry, I now jeje use ndi Obi oma. I get one Ghana man Obi oma customer. He comes in the mornings, we eat, and take time to sew together. Takes a whole Saturday but worth it. I'm there with him so as we stitch each part, I wear and check. Grand ma style 9 Likes |

@ Akorkor and soonest, my BIL does not really like the idea of leaving because there won'tt be freedom for him at his peep's place. Anyway, that is not my headache. Thanks for the advice ma. @Naomi14, you no send anybody at all. With my cold reaction (I don't gist with him) to his atitude, they cconcluded that I don't like his presence in my house and they are all angry and blaming me. @Ifyalways, I quite agree with the idea of maintaining my stand on the issue. They have all agreed that he should stay with married SIL. Thanks for the tips ma. 1 Like |

ayobarmy:Ume affor is a type of sickness some children experience. They grow very very lean and they cry consistently. Nothing they eat stays in their body and even when administering trado medicines, the child still needs blood capsules/sirops. When you see the child's Tommy, it's like a snake is walking inside it, it comes out and goes in again. |
