Yes of course, however u should b affiliated to d university and know the officials of the scholarship department in charge and state your intention to know the likelihood of you being nominated.

If you don't know anyone and not affiliated, choose FSB.

All the universities I have been selecting for this scholarship do not have any course in the drop down for course selection. Can I simply type any course of choice in the "other" area, or I have to look for a school with pre-defined course. Please if you have applied for a University with courses available can you help me with such an school.

It will be ending of Feb I think. It is advisable that you get your medical report if you haven't. I am currently on the medical report stage. I should be getting mine very soon and after this, all road should lead to Abuja by God's grace

From my own knowledge, its Nigeria Federal scholarship board ure to choose for all students dat schooled in Nigeria. If ure not affiliated with any university or a staff i dnt think u can choose them.

i cannot see the higher institution one is to choose. i only saw schools from the distance learning programme and not from the commonwealth shared commission(CSC)
