Mynd44: This is a very plain point a lot of people are overlooking. Lol, it's 29th day of January today and just barely 12months to the elections. Sure propaganda will be the order of the day when candidates starts showing themselves, but with the current force APC has at its disposal, any opposition will only try. I'll though advice we all get our PVC ready. 3 Likes |

maclatunji: Are u blind? Gov Dakwambo, Gov Tambuwal, Ex-VP Atiku, Ex-Gov Lamido. They all can win 30% - 35% of northern votes (NC, NE, NW) n this means game over for buhari. We already know he will get 5% or less of the votes in SE n SS. |

jokolo282:The south south and south east are already anti Buhari. The south west and north central will be divided as usual. They will go 60—40 to any of the major candidates. If the opposition gets a person from the North-west, Buharis votes in the Northeast and North-west will be split. It won't be easy for Buhari. He will lose the election if the top guys desert him like they did Jonathan. So to sumarise, here is the way to win. 1.Start a party that has full national representation. 2. Get the top most important guys in Nigerian politics in it. 3.Get an important candidate from the North-west. 2 Likes 1 Share |

I'll say it again for the 20th time. The only reason Buhari is hell bent on lopsided appointments and treating the ongoing bloody onslaught against defenseless citizens of Nigeria by armed Fulani herdsmen is because he's banking on block Northern votes in 2019. I'm glad I'm armed with enough exhibit and evidence to tell the story of Buhari to the generations coming should anyone try to paint him as a nationalist, moralist, or a credible leader. First of all, he's not a leader. He's just an office holder. We shall tell the story as it happened. God will keep me alive to do this. 3 Likes |

maclatunji: It is truly a very bad idea. No stable economy during military regime. No firm rule of law. Military always boasts of puritan ethics but in reality, and from experience , some made kleptocracy a normative. They were more corrupt than the politicians they chased out of power. Under the military, the constitution is suspended, so, there is nothing like the rule of law or respect for fundamental human rights. They used decree and edict. I beg, we don't want the military. At least, people can still criticize a civilian. The worst of democracy is far better than the best of praetorian/military rule. |

Inasmuch as Buhari has his own failures, chief of which are: Being to slow in taking decisions and actions as a president. And failure to address the herdsmen crisis once and for all. Else, I'm OK with the government's strides so far especially in terms of infrastructural development. I'm not one of those people expecting magic in a short period. People who gave PDP 16yrs and didn't get good roads, electricity are judging this government's and APC's performance based on lack of 24hrs electricity in less than 3yrs. How unfair? I choose Buhari for 2019 over all these names coming up so far. 5 Likes 1 Share |
